 As your Realtor, I represent your interests.
I want to make the process of finding and buying your new home as comfortable as

If you see a sign or a newspaper ad that
interests you, please contact me for more information. I have access to the
Multiple Listing database from both my home and office, and can respond quickly
to your request.
If there is a "For Sale by Owner" you are
interested in, I will be glad to get information and set an appointment for us
to see it.
Please get pre-approved by a reputable
lender; I can offer a list of several. When it comes time to make an offer,
being pre-approved will put you in a stronger position.
If you attend an "open house" please let the
Realtor know that you are working with me. I will research market information regarding
specific homes you are interested in.
When we find the right home, I will provide
information and recommendations, but you are the one who will decide how
much to offer. I will prepare the offer with you, present it for you and
negotiate based on your instructions.
I will give you the names of several home
inspectors to select from and I will attend the inspection with you.
When everything has been completed to your
satisfaction, I will join you at the closing to ensure a smooth conclusion.
